When will my order arrive?
We will ship your tea within 24 hours of receiving
your order. Most packages will ship via USPS Priority
2-3 day service. Fed Ex is also available for
both ground & 2-day express delivery.
Is it safe to order online?
Absolutely, all orders processed on our website
are done so through our secure
server.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
Can I place an order over the
phone?
Certainly, we can be reached 7 days a week from
9:00am - 8:00pm (EST). Our order / customer service

How does the "Tea Tour"
tea club work?
Unfortunately, the tea tour is no longer available,
please order organic
teas at your leisure.
What is your return/exchange
policy?
We stand by our tea with a "no questions
asked" return policy. We want you to be completely
happy with your Basic
Tea order. If you are not completely satisfied
with your purchase, we will offer you a full refund
for the purchase price within 14 days of receipt.
Sorry, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Are all of your teas
organic?
Absolutely, all of our teas come directly from
certified
organic tea gardens in China, India &
Japan. The oils used in our flavored blends are
also organic.
How should I store my tea?
Loose
tea should be stored in a dry, dark place,
away from strong smelling food sources, as tea
tends to be very absorbent. Also, keeping your
teas in air-tight canisters will help preserve
its freshness for a longer period of time (typically
6 months for green teas and over a year for other
tea types). It is not necessary to refrigerate
your teas.
How long do I steep my tea
and at what temperature?
Steeping time and temperature varies by tea type.
Here is a good chart to follow:
Green
Tea: Steep for 2-3
minutes at 180 degrees Fahrenheit.
Black
Tea: Steep for 4-5
minutes at 212 degrees Fahrenheit.
White
Tea: Steep for 2-3
minutes at 180 degrees Fahrenheit.
Dark
Oolong: Steep for 3-5
minutes at 195 degrees Fahrenheit.
Green
Oolong: Steep for 2-3
minutes at 180 degrees Fahrenheit.
Herbal
Infusions: Steep for 4-5
minutes at 212 degrees Fahrenheit. |
